Rates & Reservation Policies

Hourly Rate: $125/hr

Billing: Billing begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the final drop-off.
Minimums: Please check our booking calendar for current minimum booking durations (typically 2-3 hours).
Payment: To secure your exclusive reservation, full payment is required in advance at the time of booking. This guarantees that the driver and vehicle are removed from availability for anyone else during your time block.

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while respecting the exclusive nature of reserving a private vehicle:

More than 48 Hours Notice: Reservations canceled at least 48 hours in advance are 100% fully refundable.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. Because we have blocked off this time specifically for you and turned away other business, we cannot offer refunds for late cancellations.

The $125 per hour rate is all-inclusive and transparent. It covers the vehicle (maintenance, cleaning and EV charging), the chauffeur’s wages, all local and state taxes, and the required commercial insurance. There are no extra fees for mileage or waiting time within the booked hour-the price you book is the final, all-inclusive rate (this excludes voluntary gratuity).

Our service is completely door-to-door and fully customized to your itinerary. We pick you up exactly where you request-whether it’s your home, a hotel lobby, a business office, a restaurant curbside, or a local event venue in the Grand Junction area. The flexibility to start and end your trip exactly where you need is the core benefit of booking hourly.

The $125/hr rate is all-inclusive of the vehicle, insurance, EV charging, and driver’s base wage. While gratuity is never mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by your driver if you feel you received exceptional service.

We always try to accommodate extensions! If the driver does not have another booking immediately following yours, you can ask to extend your ride. Additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $125/hr.

Our luxury EV comfortably seats a maximum of 4 passengers. This ensures ample legroom and cargo space for everyone. If you have a larger group, you would need to seek alternative transportation.
