Benefits of our Private Steamboat Ski Resort Shuttle

Direct Access to the Gondola Transit Center Steamboat’s base area has recently been transformed, but navigating it with luggage can still be tricky. We have access to the Gondola Transit Center (GTC), the resort’s primary transportation hub located right at the base. We drop you off just steps from the escalator that whisks you up to Steamboat Square and the Wild Blue Gondola, saving you from hauling gear across icy parking lots.

Ski-In/Ski-Out Convenience If you are staying at a premier property like The Steamboat GrandOne Steamboat Place, or Torian Plum, we drive you right to the front reception. Forget dragging rolling bags through the snow or waiting for a hotel shuttle. You step out of our heated, luxury truck and hand your bags to the bellman, ready to hit the slopes immediately.

Room for All Your Winter Toys Steamboat is a big mountain, and you likely have big gear. Our GMC Sierra EV Denali features a secure, weatherproof truck bed that easily swallows 4+ pairs of powder skis, snowboards, and bulky boot bags. Unlike a standard SUV ride-share where gear might be crammed inside with you, our truck keeps the cabin spacious and clutter-free for your comfort.

Safe Travel Through Snow Country The drive from Grand Junction involves navigating remote stretches like Rabbit Ears Pass or Highway 131, which are known for heavy snow and black ice. Our vehicle is a heavy-duty AWD electric truck equipped with top-tier winter tires and safety systems. We monitor the storms so you don’t have to, ensuring a safe arrival even when the powder is stacking up.

Our GMC Sierra EV Denali offers a “Silent Luxury” experience. Without the roar of a gas engine, the cabin is incredibly quiet-perfect for conversation or a nap. Plus, electric motors provide instant torque and superior All-Wheel Drive (AWD), making us exceptionally safe and capable on steep mountain passes.

The direct drive is approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes under normal conditions. We recommend factoring in extra time for winter travel or holiday traffic.

Yes. The GTC is the most convenient drop-off point for day skiers. It puts you right at the base of the mountain near the ticket office and the new Wild Blue Gondola. When you are done skiing, we will pick you up at the same spot for an easy departure.

Our luxury EV comfortably seats a maximum of 4 passengers. This ensures ample legroom and cargo space for everyone. If you have a larger group, you would need to seek alternative transportation.
