GJ EV Rides offers Private Driver Services in the state of Colorado. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • We will endeavor to arrive at the scheduled time but cannot guarantee punctuality due to factors such as traffic or unforeseen weather circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are on time and provide clear communication preferably via SMS text message if plans or times change.
  • You are responsible for having necessary gear ready before your scheduled pick up time.
  • Accurate Booking Information: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all pickup locations, drop-off details, and contact information provided during the reservation process are complete and accurate to prevent service delays.

SMS Marketing

  • Our SMS Marketing campaign sends appointment information – confirmation & reminder messages, as well as promotional material for special offers to our customers once they have opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from us.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@gjevrides.com
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You can receive up to 3 SMS text messages a month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are available on our website or provided upon request via SMS text message.
  • Prices may vary depending on the services selected, and your location.
  • We accept payment by credit card, Venmo, and cash.
  • Payment is due prior to completion of Services unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
  • Extended times that go beyond what was originally scheduled, are immediately due upon completion of the ride.
  • Payment and Cancellation Compliance: By booking, Customers agree to the required advanced payment to secure the reservation and acknowledge adherence to the strict 48-hour policy for refunds.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Safety and Conduct: Customers must adhere to all applicable traffic laws, including seatbelt regulations, and comply with the professional driver’s instructions regarding safety, conduct, and the proper use of the luxury EV.
  • Vehicle Care and Damages: Customers are responsible for any intentional or negligent damages caused to the interior or exterior of the luxury vehicle by themselves or any member of their party during the charter period.

Customer Liability and Indemnity

Rank Local SEO LLC (referred to herein as “GJ EV Rides”) takes all reasonable precautions to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation services. However, unforeseen events and accidents may occur during transport.

You acknowledge that private ground transportation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, potential damage to luggage, minor vehicle incidents, or damage to your personal property during transit.

GJ EV Rides shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury to you or your party unless that damage can be clearly proven to be the direct result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our professional driver.

You agree to hold GJ EV Rides harmless from any liability for:

  • Damage to luggage, personal items, or electronic devices due to mishandling or shifting during transport.
  • Injuries, loss, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, or acts of God.
  • Any damage arising from non-compliance with the professional driver’s safety instructions or any violation of local traffic laws by a passenger (e.g., failure to wear a seatbelt).

You also agree to hold GJ EV Rides harmless from any liability for pre-existing damage or issues to your property carried inside our EV, including damage caused by normal wear and tear or age.

Warranty and Satisfaction

  • We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our Service, please notify us immediately upon completion. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation.
  • We do not offer refunds aside from cases of proven gross negligence or significant quality failures.

Intellectual Property

  • The GJ EV Rides website, content, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use them without our express written permission.
